  1. I just added content to my eNewsletter. Why doesn’t it display when I send a test?
    You need to publish prior to sending. The eNews only sends published content.
  2. How do I use the target feature of my eNews so I can send to a select group?
    To create a targeted mailing you will need to use the advanced search and then use the ‘save search’ function.

  3. According to my stats, only a small percentage of people appear to have opened their eNews. Why is that?
    There are a few reasons for this, the main one being email programs set to block images. Images are required to tag the eNews as having been received.
  4. I have added a new issue, but it isn't showing up in the 'Select Issue to Send' menu. How come?

    Please ensure the issue you have added is published and that the issue is not post-dated.
  5. What is the difference between Main Photo and Feature Photo?
    Main Photo appears below Feature Photo. Go ahead and play around… nobody will know until you publish so no worries!
  6. I’m having trouble sending a test email from my newsletter. What can I do?
    Check to ensure you have selected an issue from the Select Issue to Send menu. It’s OK, we have all done this at least once.
